First of all, while waiting for our Peking Duck, we heard the sound of 'ding' 'ding' going on in the kitchen. They were reheating the duck & the sauce in the microwave!
When we received our duck, it was yucky, oily & not crispy. The sauce was tangy & it was definitely heated in a microwave because they did not even bother to wipe off the splatter from the bowl.
The 2nd course of the duck (stir fried) was ok.
